Thanks for the purchase of the managers. If you purchased a CD or a flash drive you’ll be receiving an email shortly giving you information on the shipment. In most cases, the package will take 3-4 days to be delivered. In addition, the email will include links where you can download any updated or new managers as well as many of the other managers. Those links will be good for a year. If your purchase included a membership you’ll also receive separate information on how to access the member’s only site. The media will be mailed in a bubble mailer and includes a flyer or page giving you some basic information on how to use and/or install the media. Additional information is on the media, either the CD or the flash drive, as well. And if you need more help just contact me at the address mentioned below. If you purchased the online version of the managers or the Hall of Fame managers you’ll also be sent an email providing access to the online managers website. The online managers are grouped into separate pages based on their design or purpose. For example, pre-war AIM replay managers are on one page while the Hall of Fame managers on another. To download the managers simply click their names. There’s also an updated/new managers link where all revised or new managers can be downloaded. This is good for a year. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to ask for a refund. And if you purchased a CD or flash drive you can keep them.
